Dark Mermaid Halloween 2017 Makeup 🐚 💙 🌊

Happy October y'all!! So for my first Halloween tutorial of 2017 I did a dark but still beautiful mermaid look. I went with teals ,dark blues, and dark green for this look but you can change the colors to WHATEVER you'd prefer. I hope y'all like this look !!
